Purchasing from Helen's Handmades confirms that you have read and agree to the following terms

DELIVERY
All prices include VAT, packaging and UK postage only. Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK and the EU
may be subject to import duties and taxes and you will be responsible for any local taxes and/or duty on your incoming purchase.
All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
My aim is to dispatch orders within three working days of receiving full payment. If any problems
arise, you will be notified immediately.
Special orders may take longer if I do not have materials in stock. I am not responsible for any delay with the delivery of
your order.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return the item to me unused
and in its original condition and undamaged packaging, within seven days from the
date of dispatch. For your own protection, be sure to retain a Proof of Posting.
Please note that this does not apply to personalized products, which cannot
be returned unless faulty. I reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you
my fees and expenses if the product has been worn. Faulty goods should be returned
immediately for a refund or replacement, via a secure, recorded method. If I do not
receive the damaged items, no refund will be issued.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to me and any information provided by customers is confidential and
treated as such. No information will be passed on or sold to any other party, at any time. This
information includes, but is not limited to, email address, street address, full name, contact
number, purchase information or purchase history.
All PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure server.
