I don't have pierced ears. Can I still order earrings?
Absolutely. Just indicate in the comment box on the checkout page that you require clip-ons.

How much do I pay for postage and packaging?
All postage and packaging (to the mainland UK) is included in the price (along with VAT).

I live in the USA. Can I still order from you?
Of course. There is a currency converter on each sales page, so you can see the exchange rate. There is an option on the PayPal page to pay in US dollars. Overseas postage is not included in the price.

I don't have a PayPal account. How else can I pay?
You don't need a PayPal account to pay by PayPal. All you need to do is enter your card details and PayPal will take care of the rest. It's free and very secure.

I have allergic reactions when wearing some jewellery. Is your jewellery safe to wear?
Yes. All my jewellery in nickel-free. Nickel is the usual suspect for causing problems and its use is regulated by Trading Stadards (UK).
